Terms of service
Assisted Living Intelligence is a research and decision-support service operated by Assaf Yerushalmi, an Israeli sole proprietor, registration number 036181089. By ordering a report, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We prepare a source-backed comparison of the communities identified in your order using public records, provider materials, marketplace information and publicly available experience signals. The report scope depends on the package purchased. Research is limited to information reasonably available by the stated research cut-off date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate facility names and locations, reviewing the finished report, independently verifying material facts with each facility and obtaining appropriate professional advice. A report cannot guarantee future quality, availability, pricing, staffing or regulatory compliance.
Delivery and corrections
Our target delivery time is three business days after receiving a complete shortlist and any required clarification. If we identify a factual or attribution error, contact us and we will review and, when appropriate, correct the report.
Satisfaction guarantee
If the report does not help you make a more informed decision, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. We will refund the amount paid, less a $19 research and processing fee. The guarantee may be used once per customer. It does not apply to dissatisfaction caused solely by later changes at a facility or by information that was not publicly available by the research cut-off date.
Permitted use
The report is licensed for the personal use of the purchasing household. You may share it with family members and professional advisers assisting with the decision. You may not resell, publish, systematically extract or use it to build a competing database or service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy notice
We collect the information needed to prepare and deliver your report, including your name, email address, search location, shortlisted communities and any decision context you choose to provide. Payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by us.
We use order information to fulfil the service, communicate about the order, prevent misuse and maintain business and tax records. We do not sell personal information or provide customer details to assisted living communities for marketing or referral purposes.
We also collect limited, anonymous website analytics to understand visits and the ordering funnel. This may include pages viewed, campaign parameters, search-ad terms, referring domain and a random session identifier. We do not include names, email addresses or form contents in these analytics.
We may use service providers for payment processing, email, document delivery and website operations. We retain order and transaction records for legitimate business, legal and tax purposes, while optional decision context is retained only as reasonably needed to complete and support the report.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal record-retention obligations, by contacting support@assistedlivingintelligence.com.
Important disclaimer
Assisted Living Intelligence provides independent research and decision support. We are not a placement agency, senior-care provider, broker, insurer or fiduciary, and we do not accept referral commissions from communities.
Reports are not medical, clinical, legal, financial or safety advice. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent across jurisdictions or changed after the research cut-off date. Provider claims and third-party reviews are identified as such and should not be treated as independently verified facts unless the report explicitly says they were verified.
Always tour the community, confirm current pricing and contract terms, assess care needs with qualified professionals and verify licensing or enforcement information with the relevant regulator before making a final decision.
